JK Mathur Memorial Trust so that each year a Memorial lecture could be held and also to publish a journal containing articles
of eminent people in the field of law, which would be a small contribution to the legal fraternity in development of law.
The key persons and the driving force behind these lecture series are Mr.Justice S.B.Sinha, Mr Avdhash Kaushal and Mr Justice
U.C.Banerjee ,and the contribution of Mr Justice Brijesh Kumar, Mr Justice P.Kant and Mr.Justice Bhanwar Singh has been immense
and continuous. The Memorial Trust has been constituted with wideranging objectives to hold workshops, seminars, lectures
